Gut Microbiome Function Analysis and Assessment

Using 16S rRNA gene and metagenomic sequencing technology, more than 20,000 kinds of human intestinal microbes were detected, including more than 1,000 kinds of intestinal bacteria. Through data analysis, the health status of intestinal microecology can be judged and disease risk assessment can be carried out. At present, L&G Biotech has cooperated with many university research institutes and tertiary hospitals such as the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Novo Gene, the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, etc., to predict the disease through the analysis of feces and intestinal contents. At the same time, L&G also uses second-generation high-throughput sequencing, third-generation high-throughput sequencing, PCR-DGGE and other methods to determine the DNA of microorganisms in samples, and through bioinformatics statistical analysis, a large amount of data is processed to reveal the types of microorganisms in the intestine and the relative abundance and evolutionary relationship between them.

Fecal Microbiota Extraction Lab Service

The innovative technology:  combination of the cutting-edge nanoporous membrane filtration and interception technology, through the micropore size control of filtration, interception of particle size. The technology successfully abandoned the centrifugal method, achieved complete extraction of microbiota; maintained the all strains and original abundance; solved the clogging problem with the ultrafiltration technology equipment. The whole extraction process can be completed within 1 hour. The equipment also has the environment control to ensure the low temperature and the low oxygen, to simulating the intestinal environment and retaining the bacterial activity to the greatest extent. The results are superior to all intestinal microbiota extraction methods and equipment across the world.

Precise Matching and Intervention Plan

The "Precision Matching and Intervention Program" is a comprehensive service tailored for Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT), covering every step from fecal bacteria detection to matching, transplantation and colonization. Relying on a team of experienced biomedical experts and cutting-edge model and AI analysis technology, we provide users with customized diagnosis and intervention plans. Through precise bioinformatics analysis, we are able to match the most suitable healthy donor flora to optimize transplant outcomes. Combined with the clinical data of patients, in-depth analysis of gut microbiota ensures the scientifically and effectiveness of interventions. In addition, we provide customized lifestyle modification recommendations based on the unique needs of our users, and provide follow-up support throughout the process to ensure the best possible outcomes and experiences. Our services have been recognized by many well-known hospitals, and we have established close cooperative relations with them to jointly promote the research and application in the field of intestinal microecology.

Fecal Microbiota Banking Services

L&G provides a full set of fecal microbiota extraction and storage services according to your needs. Fecal microbiota storage is a healthy backup that everyone should have.
The intestinal microecological integrated management system(MIMS) provides the whole-process management platform for the storage and transplantation of fecal bacteria.
The system includes: fecal bacteria transplantation management system, supervision system, client, site side, and expert side. The client is used for customer message push and information inquiry, and the fecal bacteria transplantation management system includes personnel management module, fecal bacteria management module, equipment management module, and big data analysis module, which analyzes the microflora of fecal bacteria, obtains fecal bacteria analysis results, and analyzes the health situation. Based on the analysis results and health conditions, the system intelligently matches donors and recipients. By combining personnel, fecal bacteria, capsules, samples, etc. through unique identification, it is convenient for management and quality control.
